Meetings Search Overview

The Meetings tab is where you will be able to explore, analyze, and digest all board meetings and strategic plans that Starbridge scrapes. Without any filters, you will see tens of thousands of board meetings and strategic plans for schools, universities, cities, agencies, etc. But by adding customer-specific criteria and search words, we are able to display highly specific and pertinent meetings that tell you when potential Buyers are discussing things that are signals for you and your sales/marketing teams. Our customers use these meetings to prioritize outbound activities and help craft outbound emails and other targeted sales materials.

Criteria

When entering your search, there are some recommended best practices:
1

Write criteria using OR statements

List your search criteria separated by OR statements, i.e. digital modernization efforts or artificial intelligence adoption
The best results are usually identified when searching with active keywords/phrases. Think about what conversations at a prospect would be valuable signal for driving need for your product or service.

Examples:
  • Instead of “digital technology”, try “mentions of digital technology implementation”
  • Instead of “government workflow optimization”, try “discussions of workflow optimization technology needed at a local or state level”
  • Instead of “AI”, try “discussion of AI technology procurement to solve problem XYZ”

Once you find a search that you like, you can “Create a Bridge” to turn that into a recurring feed. More on that here:
